name. The king's palace has its own kitchen staff, guards,
astrologer and physician to recreate the flavour of the period when
the Rajas of Travancore were in power. The resort attempt to match
the architecture and interiors of the palaces of Kerala. The
open-air restaurant on lake offers traditional Kerala cuisine. The
